Since 11/16/2009 Bovespa changed url for quotes, server address or something. I dont understand this kind of stuff, but since that date my optionsoracle doesnt read and update options values anymore, just the stock values and very strangely. The stock values update just after insisting two or three times in the "refresh" button. StockOptions data simply doenst update anymore. Please, I think we need another server plugin for Brazil Stock Exchange (Bovespa).

Can anybody help us?? They´ve changed everething just a week ago. There is already another complain about it in the Brazil´s forum page.

Hi shlomosh,

thanks for the fast answer and help. But we still have a problem.  Although the new plugin for Bovespa appears to be fixed, the options strike values are being read wrong. For example, if the strike is U$35,00, the program is reading R$3,50. Maybe its a .csv reading problem. I dont want to be a pain in teh ass here, but can it be fixed shlomosh?

the new bovespa plug in 1.6.6.0 is not downloading the option chain, only the stock price.. anybody else having this problem?

There was a bug with the 1.6.6.0 release, which caused this issue. This bug is fixed in the new release 1.6.7.0.

yes, Bovespa changed something again, since today (february 26th) options chain simply doesnt appear anymore.

And one strange thing: the stock value is updated almost instantly.

We need help again!

Is Bovespa changing the plugins every once in a while or what???
