Problems whit "PlugIn Server Italy"

Good evening,

i have some problems with "plugin Server Italy".
I see this error message when I try to update the options on Italian market index

----    "request symbol ("^FTSEMIB") was no: found as symbol or company name. ----

I see this error also for the all italian stock
I have Option Oracle Version 1.4.4.6 and PlugIN server Italy version 1.6.1.0
