The problem you describes might be related to communication problems. Please first make sure you do not have an active firewall that blocks OptionsOracle from download the remote configuration files. If not firewall is placed, please try the following -
1. Open the configuration window by clicking the "Config" button.
2. Check the "User Proxy ..." check box. Leave the text-box empty.
3. Click "Save" to close the configuration window.
4. Close OptionsOracle and restart it.
5. Open again the configuration window.
6. Make sure the server is configured for "Dynamic Server US 1". If you cannot select this server than it means OptionsOracle still fails to download the dynamic-server configuration from our site. If this is the case please email us (
contactus@samoasky.com) the result log of the communication test from the advance window.
7. Click Save" to close the configuration window.
8. Check MSFT quote again.
If everything goes well open the configuration window and change the server go Bovespa.
